ODBC with Embedded SQL

In Windows client-server environments, an ODBC with Embedded SQL Connectivity Kit must be purchased and installed for each client user.

When Visual DataFlex Web Application Server or Electos applications are installed in a server environment, an ODBC with Embedded SQL Connectivity Kit Server License must be purchased and installed on each server computer hosting a connected application.

Subscription

Customers purchasing a new Connectivity Kit license automatically receive a 1–year subscription at no additional cost. Subscriptions entitle customers to all upgrade and maintenance releases of the subscribed product for a period of twelve months.
