Upgrade an existing licence |
A Upgrade is:
1. An increment in the number of users on an existing licence.
2. A change of licence type to a higher level. eg: Upgrade a 4 User licence to a 20 User Licence
3. Any change within the same product revision. Data Access Worldwide products need to be registered with us prior to obtaining an upgrade.
